The Narcotics Enforcement Team of the Kent County Sheriff’s office served a search and seizure warrant for drug violations at an apartment at 409 High Street on February 23. Members of the team searched the apartment leased by Patrice Nichelle Warren, 20 and discovered unprescribed Suboxone pills, suspected marijuana, a digital scale and other CDS paraphernalia. Warren was arrested, taken before a district court commissioner and charged with possessing prescription Suboxone and marijuana and two counts of possessing CDS paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.
