Last week, an attorney for Task Force 4 Kids filed a complaint in circuit court asking for a temporary restraining order and injunction on the reorganization of Kent County Public Schools. Task Force 4 Kids is already appealing the Kent County Board of Education’s vote in April to dissolve Rock Hall and Galena Middle Schools and move the middle school students to Kent County Middle. The Board of Education has 30 days to respond to the complaint; no hearing date is set.
