The Queen Anne’s County Commissioners are looking for business owners and managers to serve on the newly created Queen Anne’s County Employee Communication and Morale Committee. The mission of this committee is to improve the efficiency of county government by improving communication and morale by engaging and empowering employees such that their abilities, talents and capabilities can be maximized to contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the county.

With stringent budget cuts, layoffs and no raises or promotions for employees the county commissioners are seeking creative ways to boost employee morale. Therefore the county commissioners are seeking community members with experience in employee communications and morale to serve alongside of county staff on this new committee.
