Susan C. Uhl, MHA, MBA, BS, has joined Shore Health System as Director of Human Resources. In this role, Uhl is responsible for all human resources operations and for the execution of the human resources strategic plan.
Uhl brings to Shore Health a decade of health care and human resources experience. Prior to joining Shore Health, Uhl was the Director of Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Operations for the Saint Raphael Healthcare System, a 511-bed acute care teaching hospital based in New Haven, Connecticut.
“I come from a long line of healthcare professionals and I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I’ve attained over the past ten years here at Shore Health System,” says Uhl. “From the people, to the way this area feels, Shore Health felt like the right fit for me. I am looking forward to being part of this great organization and community.”
A native of Ohio, Uhl has masters degrees in business administration and healthcare administration and a bachelor of science in information science from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Society of Human Resources Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
