Glenda Barnes, center, member of the Eastern Bay Parrothead Club presents a $2,000 check to Kenda Leager, left and Heather Guerieri of Hospice of Queen Anne’s from the funds raised at Music Across the Narrows, a two-day event held on July 7 at the Kent Island Yacht Club and July 8 at the Big Owl Tiki Bar. Music and entertainment was provided by John Frinzi, James “Sunny Jim” White, Jim Morris and everyone who attended and braved the 105 degree temperature!
