On Monday, September 17, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., Talbot County Free Library’s Easton branch will once again offer its popular “Stitching Time” needlecraft program. Patrons are invited to bring their needlework projects and stitch with a group. There will be limited instruction avaialable for beginners. All library programs are free and open to the public.
