“STARRY NIGHT” PAINTBRUSH PARTY JULY 18

Uncork your inner artist and enjoy an evening at Queen Anne’s Centre for the Arts as you are guided to make your very own work of art. Paintbrush Parties are a fun way to relax with friends, meet new people or enjoy a creative date night. At each event, an instructor guides participants step by step through recreating the featured painting – one that requires no art experience and can be completed within a few hours with frequent breaks – all while enjoying music and sipping art-inspiring wine. “This isn’t an art lesson; it’s totally for entertainment and pleasure, although you’ll be surprised at what you can accomplish.” says Sarah Lyle, one of the instructors. By popular demand, the picture for this event is a Van Gogh-inspired “Starry Night Sunflowers” painting.

Paintbrush Partygoers are provided with all materials needed to complete their painting to take home at the end of the evening. Although wine and other refreshments are provided, attendees are welcome to bring their favorite bottle or snack.

This Paintbrush Party will take place Saturday, July 18 from 6-9 pm at the Centre for the Arts, 206 S. Commerce St., Centreville, MD.
