Nominations close March 13, 2026. Nominees must be 39 years and younger as of May 1, 2026 and serve Queen Anne’s County by making a significant impact in our community through education, service, health care, entrepreneurship, giving back/volunteering, youth advocacy, music/arts, sports, professional position, etc. Nominees will be sent a questionnaire and then their identifying information will be removed for sponsors to select the  10 Under 40 winners. Winners will receive a full feature editorial in the Shore Update and custom plaque honoring their achievement.
