Residential renovations, commercial tenant fit-outs, concrete construction, excavation site work and more. Must have: reliable transportation; hand tools; ability to pass a DOT physical; construction and/or concrete experience-basic knowledge req'd; awareness of construction site safety precautions, jobsite cleanliness and awareness of surroundings; clean driving record in order to operate company-owned vehicles and machinery; strong work ethic; attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: Class A CDL drivers license; experience with concrete; equipment operating experience (skid steer, excavator).
