The Fundraising/Event Planner - Responsible for all aspects of philanthropy including annual giving campaigns, planned-giving, major gifts, grants, and event planning. Works in collaboration with the CEO and the Board to raise the financial resources needed for the annual operations of Compass Regional Hospice (Compass). Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of the Development Department. Schedule: FT, Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm. May require working hours in the evenings and weekends.
