“The Queen Anne Sheriff’s Office has arrested Marsha J. Biehl, also known as Marsha Joan Bennett of Stevensville, Maryland on a District Court Bench Warrant dated June 8th, 1984 for Violation of Probation. According to the warrant, Biehl failed to pay the Division of Parole & Probation $125.00 as ordered in Court on 2/7/1983 stemming from a theft charge.

The warrant had gone unserved all these years because of the lack of information on the warrant and that Biehl has be going by her name of Marsha Joan Bennett and living locally for years. Several attempts had been made over the years to locate her by running the name in Maryland Motor Vehicle records.

The Sheriff’s Office has increased the effort to locate wanted subjects by using the internet searches, genealogy tools, placing wanted person’s information on the Sheriff’s Office website and reviewing old court records seeking additional information. Sheriff Hofmann stated that”” Every effort will be made to serve any and all warrants held by the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office.””
