The Bay Music Festival is an Eastern Shore Tradition with proceeds going to the foamed Wilmer Eye Institute in Baltimore and local Lions’ Club charities. The Centreville Lions Club organizes this family-friendly day of incredible music outdoors by the Regions Best Blues, Bluegrass Classic Rock & Honky Tonk. Food and drink available for sale.
