Help us help the animals! Come join Animal Resource Foundation (ARF) Sunday, March 10, 2013, 9 am for this flat and fast race on the beautiful Kent Island Cross Island Trail, 51 Piney Narrows Road in Chester, Maryland. Fees are $30.00 for the 5k race and $40.00 for the 10k. All proceeds go to help the animals at ARF.

Age group and overall prizes and tons of door prizes! There will be T-shirts for all pre-registered runners. Goody bags and post-race fun!
