The Kent Island Elks invite you to join them for their annual Drug Awareness/Safety Day, October 23rd from noon until 4 pm at the Bay Bridge Airport, Stevensville, Md. to honor our Veterans and Law Enforcement officers. A special ceremony at 2:00 pm with the performance of the Sudlersville Middle School Band and the Free State ChalleNGe Academy Color Guard to honor our Veterans. The Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps will perform at 3:30 pm immediately followed by the “Kick Off” of the Elks Red Ribbon Campaign. Free admission. Food sales provided by It’s the Pits and Rita’s. Child Finger Printing will be provided the Centreville Masonic Lodge. Fire trucks, police vehicles, ambulances, helicopters, airplanes and more! The Elks also invite you to their “Open House” from 4 pm until 7 pm, 2525 Romancoke Road, Stevensville, Md. and learn more about the lodge and their support of our communities.
