Arrest In Easton In Fight Over Parking Space

Easton police officers responded to a fight in progress on East Dover Street. Officers interviewed Bryan Wieland, an employee of Exit Latham Realty, who told them he allegedly was attacked by Paul Yglesias, owner of the Hobby Horse located next door to the realtor’s office on East Dover Street. The argument was over parking spaces on East Dover Street, and Bryan Wieland was instructed to go to the Talbot County District Court commissioner’s office to file charges. Less than an hour later, police were called to the same place for another fight in progress. This time Yglesias allegedly hit and pushed Bill Wieland, Bryan Wieland’s father, over the same parking spaces. Yglesias was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
