The Auxiliary of Memorial Hospital is sponsoring a raffle to benefit the Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate of Shore Health System, which is scheduled to open at The Memorial Hospital at Easton later this year.

Auxiliary President Joe Schultz says, “We chose to support this cause because diabetes touches the lives of so many people in our community.”

Prizes will be awarded at three levels. First prize is $500 donated by Shore Bancshares; second and third prizes for $250 and $100 are being donated by the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Winners can choose to receive their prizes as gift certificates for gas or food.

Tickets priced at $2 or three for $5 can be purchased in the Memorial Hospital cafeteria weekdays between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and at the Information desk in the lobby. The raffle drawing will be held on Tuesday, October 14.
