The Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an unattended death at the Hilton Garden Inn last week. David B. Hutson, 40, of Bethesda was staying at the hotel with friends for a wedding that was to be held on July 4. He was the best man in the wedding and had attended a pre-wedding celebration at the nearby Jetty restaurant on July 3 and returned to his room alone. When one of his friends returned to the room and was unable to get inside, hotel security helped the friend enter the room. They found Hutson dead on the bathroom floor. His body was taken to the Maryland medical examiner’s office in Baltimore for an autopsy. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact D. Cpl.
