A boater sighted a body near the mouth of the Chester River between Love Point and Rock Hall and called authorities. That same day, NRP and the Coast Guard rescued two men from a boat that had capsized not long before the body was found. One of the men refused medical treatment, and the other was taken to AAMC after complaining of chest pains. Authorities say the two incidents are not related.
