Elizabeth Bourdin recently joined Shore Health System as a Human Resources Consultant. She works closely with employees throughout the organization on issues related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and policy interpretation.

Bourdin now lives in Easton after relocating from Connecticut, where she worked for over 10 years as a human resources professional with executive search firms Korn Ferry International, A.T. Kearney, Inc., Heidrick & Struggles and Drake Beam Moran. Prior to moving into human resources, she was a residential mortgage lender.

Bourdin earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from Simmons College in Boston. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
