Queen Anne’s County authorities arrested a youth in connection with a one-alarm fire deliberately set more than two weeks ago in a vacant home on Melvin Avenue in Grasonville. The fire caused $15,000; no one was hurt. The boy was released to a parent’s custody, and the case is now with juvenile services.
