Shore Health System recognized Doctor’s Day by making a $1,000 donation to the Caring Fund in honor of the members of the medical staff. In a note sent to each physician, the Senior Leadership Team said, “This contribution is just another way you continue to make a difference in people’s lives.”

Money donated to the Caring Fund by Shore Health System employees is used to send expressions of sympathy at the death of employees and their families, retirees, and members of the medical staff and the board of directors. The Caring Fund is also used to offer financial assistance to selected employees who experience a personal emergency.
