Twenty-three-year-old Chad Rochester of Church Hill faces sexual assault charges. Investigators say a 19-year-old Washington College student told them she was assaulted while attending an off-campus party at a home on High Street. The report says she was trying to leave the party about 2:45 in the morning when she was attacked in an upstairs bedroom. She managed to get free and run for help. Rochester is free on $100,000 bond.
