“The Queen Anne’s County Commissioners are looking for interested county residents to fill a recent vacancy on the Queen Anne’s County Planning Commission. The term will run until December 31, 2011 with a possibility of re-appointment.

The Planning Commission has the powers necessary to enable it to promote planning and execute the functions of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland. Commission members make and approve plans for recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. The Planning Commission meets the second Thursday of every month and on an as needed basis.
