Dance It Off for Seniors

This fall the Centre for the Arts offers an intense adult dance workout that invites students to have fun shedding pounds while learning basic dance techniques in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Latin ballroom moves. Instructor Jeanne Duran incorporates stretching exercises into the dance techniques in order to improve coordination skills while encouraging students to move at their own pace. No prior dance experience is necessary to enjoy this innovative class.

With over 25 years of experience in the dance entertainment industry, Duran has worked in the U.S. and abroad. Her range of professional experience includes working as a dancer for Disneyworld and Tokyo Disneyland.
