Shore Health System’s Center for Integrative Medicine presents “Foot Reflexology 101” on Saturday, March 28 and April 4 from 9:3 0 a.m. to noon.

Massage therapist Anne Pogue, LMT, MA, leads participants through the basic science of foot reflexology and the benefits of this relaxation technique. Participants will practice the three components of a reflexology session and learn how to use the skills for self-care. The cost of the two-session workshop is $65.
