Foster parents across the region will attend this year’s Multicultural Festival on May 2 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Idlewild Park in Eastonto celebrate Foster Parent Appreciation Month and to showcase the need for foster and adoptive parents in the region. Mid-Shore foster parents and Department of Social Services staff will be on hand to answer questions about the approval process for foster parents.

The Multicultural Festival is a celebration of culture, including exhibits, food, games, entertainment, live music, and face-painting. The rain location for the event is Easton Middle School. For further information about the Party in the Park event, contact Tara Larabay at 410-901-4278.
