For the first time in almost three years Maryland motorists are starting to see gas prices at, and even below two-dollars. According to AAA, even lower gas prices may be possible, and we may see a national average of two-dollars a gallon may by the end of the year. OPEC reports they plan on trimming production starting this month with more cuts possible in the future. This time last year, the average Marylander was paying three-dollars for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline compared to a current statewide average of $2.26.
