Ray Grossman, PHR, recently joined Shore Health System as Director of Human Resources. In this position, he directs a team of professionals responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and HR policy development for The Memorial Hospital at Easton, Dorchester General Hospital and other affiliates across the Mid-Shore.

Grossman graduated with a bachelor’s of science in management from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and earned a MBA from the University of Texas in El Paso. His HR career includes 22 years in leadership roles for St. Joseph Health System in Bryan, Texas. Most recently, he has completed several engagements as an interim HR executive for healthcare organizations across the county.

Grossman, who has relocated from Texas to Easton, is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Hospital Human Resources Association. He is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute.
