Halloween Dinner / Dance Planned at Grasonville Senior Center

The Boogie Man is in the house! Tickets are now available for a Halloween Dinner / Dance planned at Grasonville Senior Center for Friday October 31, 2008. Entertainment will be provided by Daryl Davis and his band. The Daryl Davis Band is a five piece rhythm and blues rock band of the highest order. Davis is a great singer, pianist, guitarist, composer and fantastic boogie-woogie player. The band’s instrumentals feature keyboards, rhythm and bass guitars, saxophone and drums and truly classic vocals. Davis has worked with Muddy Waters Legendary Blues Band, Elvis Presley’s Jordainaires, Chuck Berry, and other rock and blues greats. Costumes are encouraged at this fun event. A Lip Smack’n Menu will include Memphis Style Pulled Pork w/ BBQ sauce and rolls, Slow Cooked Baked Beans, Country Style Green Beans, Homemade Potato Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Desserts and Drinks. The excitement begins at 5:30 PM and is scheduled to last until 9:00 PM. Limited tickets cost just $15.00 and can be purchased at Grasonville Senior Center, located at 4802 Main Street, Grasonville.
