A Kent County deputy tried to stop a motorcyclist doing 110 miles an hour on Route 20. It turned into a high speed pursuit, but as quickly as it started, it ended with the rider, Michael Graham of Grasonville, pulling over and being arrested without incident. Graham could have been taken to jail, but reportedly was released on citations. He faces fleeing and eluding, speeding and reckless driving charges.
