“Kent Island Senior Center announces new knitting group “Hospice Knitters”.

Time to get out your knitting needles and join Hospice Knitters every Tuesday at 1:00pm in the Kent Island Senior Center Lobby. Our initiative is to provide hand-knitted hats and footie’s for Queen Anne’s County Hospice Patients. Cancer patients welcome the warmth of head and foot coverings.

All hats and footie’s will be delivered to QAC Hospice House & Estate Treasurers Thrift Store QAC monthly.

Volunteer knitters enjoy the afternoon chatting with friends, while contributing to QAC Hospice House.

KISC accepting donations of yarn at 891 Love Point Road, Stevensville, Maryland for this wonderful cause.
