Easton town councilwoman Moonyene Jackson-Amis will have to pay for a speeding ticket issued last December when she was stopped for doing 88 in a 55 zone on 301. She went to court, and was convicted of a reduced charge. She then appealed the decision to the circuit court; however, she did not show up on the court date. The judge dismissed the appeal.
