John Nunn was sworn in as Kent County District Court Judge. He was appointed to the bench by Governor O’Malley to succeed Judge Floyd Parks, who reached the mandatory retirement age of 70 last July. Nunn has been a public defender for the last 16 years and is a graduate of Washington College.
