A 16-year-old Stevensville boy was referred to Juvenile Services on April 2 on charges of intent to distribute fake controlled dangerous substances after Kent Island High School resource officer Jeremy Davidson investigated the selling of suspected drugs at the school. Davidson said the teen told other students the pills he was selling were morphine, but actually were vitamins.
