Two write-in candidates have thrown their hats into the ring for next month’s Kent County Board of Education elections. Former Rock Hall councilman David Stanley Jones and former school board candidate Madhu Sidhu filed papers to run as official write-ins. Sidhu narrowly lost her school board bid in the last election. Both could be spoilers for candidates Mike Harvey and Chick Prince, who were running unopposed. Current school board president John Larrimore and board member Brian Kirby are leaving at the end of the year.
