Deputies arrested 63-year-old Geoff Arminger and 42-year-old Erika Arminger of Quaker Neck Road after narcotics officers spotted them tending to marijuana plants in the back yard. Nine plants were seized, along with watering devices for the plants and a fair quantity of smoking devices.
