Kent County Sheriff John Price says crime in the county is starting to rise again. The report does not include Rock Hall or Chestertown or calls in the county handled by MSP. Calls for service were up by 5-percent compared to last year, an average of nearly 40 calls a day. There were 48 motor vehicle accidents reported in 2008, but no fatalities.
