Phillips Wharf Environmental Center in Tilghman needs brave children to help release horseshoe crabs, blue crabs and other creatures into the Knapps Narrows at the wharf from 11a.m until 3p.m. on October 18. Food and drink will be available, along with the new aquatic exhibition bus.
