Lighthouse Christian Academy Graduates Two

Lighthouse Christian Academy is proud to announce Avery Tose and Edward Higginbotham as their 2009 graduating class. Avery and Edward have completed all course work in fulfillment of the Omnibus program at LCA. As the capstone of LCA’s classical Christian education curriculum, Omnibus integrates history, philosophy, theology, literature, and rhetoric in bringing the students into a unified and cohesive Christian worldview. The Omnibus program, coupled with the study of mathematics, science, the arts, and Bible, has introduced these graduating students to the best of western civilization’s Christian heritage. Graduation exercises will be held Thursday, May 21st, at 7 p.m. at the school, which is housed at the Island Alliance Church in Stevensville.

“The goal of LCA’s approach is to not only prepare our students intellectually, but to mold their character unto that of Christ and equip them to be life-long learners and servants within the Kingdom of God. We offer our loving blessing to Avery and Edward as they continue their journey into college,” says Scott Lambert, pastor and Bible teacher.
