The town of Millington appears to be on its way to changing who runs its water and wastewater plants. Published reports say Mayor Ed Robinson and the town council agree that Maryland Environmental Services can give the town a better deal than Kent County does now. Millington went to the county and asked if everyone could sit down and rewrite the deal to save some money, but reportedly the county refused.
