Jim Watson and his family from Centreville went to Church Hill Community Park to take some photos with his $6-thousand NIKON D-3 digital camera. When his child was hurt, Watson placed his camera on a nearby piece of playground equipment. The family left hurriedly, and Watson forgot his camera.
