Pit Bull Owner Fined After Attack

Christine Little, a Cambridge resident, was fined $100 after one of her pit bulldogs attacked two other women and a dog last week. Bill Tyler, who was walking his dog with his wife and daughter, said two unleashed pits attacked his chocolate lab and the women. All dogs were current on rabies shots, but Tyler‘s dog required stitches for wounds that cost $1,000. Dorchester County Animal Control ordered the pit bulls to be quarantined at home for ten days and then on a leash and muzzled when outdoors.
