Founded by husband and wife team, Mark and Denise Stover in 1991, Postal Suites Plus developed into an essential resource by continually expanding services and product lines exceeding typical crate and freight expectations.
“We adapted to the growing business environment by listening to our customers,” says Mark, “evolving as we learned to accommodate the customers’ needs.”
Not only can Postal Suites Plus ship just about any package to anywhere in the world using major carriers, they can pack the item to ensure safe delivery to its destination. Using UPS, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal service, Postal Suite’s friendly staff can advise customers which carrier is best for timely delivery versus maximum savings.
Especially for breakables, packaging experience coupled with the use of appropriate packing materials is essential to guarantee an item arrives intact. “Once the packages leave our store, they can be handled very roughly,” explains Denise. “You must package it to be able to handle all kinds of abuse.”
Shipping supplies include boxes of all sizes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts and more are also for sale in the store for customers who wish to pack items themselves. For shipping oversized items, Postal Suites will custom build a crate.
Postal Suites Plus can also ship perishables including foods that must remain refrigerated or frozen. “We get a lot of requests to ship crab meat,” says Mark. One customer brought in frozen geese from a recent hunting trip to ship to family members in Florida!
In addition to packing and shipping, Postal Suites Plus is a full-service copy center offering full color and black and white copies, large document copies and binding services. Keeping up with technology, they can extract the original from any kind of medium from hard copy to digital on CD or through email.
Through their affiliates, Postal Suite Plus provides printing services from business cards and stationary to promotional items. Offering more than 750,000 promotional items such as pens, magnetic business cards, etc, your businesses name and logo can appear on just about anything.
Additionally, Postal Suites Plus offers private mailboxes in a secure location adjacent to the store. This allows small businesses the advantage of advertising their address with a suite address opposed to a post office box. Clients who operate out of their homes can keep the home address private and lend to the perception of a larger business.
A one-stop shop, Postal Suites Plus carries an abundance of reasonably prices office supplies and $1 greeting cards for sale. Through their frequent shipping program, for every five packages shipped using UPS or Fedex, the sixth package receives a $5 discount.
