Developers resubmitted a concept plan for a new Royal Farms store in Centreville on Route 213 near Walgreen’s. The planning commission is considering whether the store and gas station would fit in with the scenery and whether it might be better to let the developer build elsewhere. Representatives for the developers say they are disappointed in the planning commission’s ruling.
