Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two deaths that occurred last week. A 27-year-old Chester man was found in the woods in Stevensville, and an 18-month old boy was found dead in a home in Sudlersville. The unidentified man was reported missing Sunday night. The little boy was in a babysitter’s care. The caregiver told investigators the boy drank some juice, played for a while, and then became sleepy. When the caregiver checked on him later, it was discovered the little boy was not breathing. Attempts to revive the child at a local hospital were unsuccessful. Autopsies will be performed on both bodies; results are expected to take several weeks.
