Leonard Sheppard, a 35-year-old Rock Hall resident, was arrested last week for allegedly firing a gun in the direction of a Worton man who followed him home to confront him. Sheppard was employed by a local farmer to clear wheat fields of waterfowl. Sheppard was firing a rifle to do that, but a man who lived across the road tried to confront Sheppard to warn him about firing so close to his residence.
