Scouts Selling Popcorn

Boys from Boy Scout Troop 495 and Cub Scout Pack 495, sponsored by the Kent Island United Methodist Church, will be selling Trail’s End popcorn and Trail Mix at various Kent Island locations during the weekends of September 19, September 26, October 4th and 12th.

Trail’s End products are not only delicious, but 70% of the price stays with local Scouting: 40% supports the Troop or Pack itself, and the other 30% goes to BSA’s Delmarva Council to maintain campgrounds and pay for area-wide programs. For those who don’t want sweets, for a donation of $25 Trail’s End will send $25 worth of Popcorn Treats to men and women serving in the Military. This is a great way to support Scouting and the Military at the same time.

This year orders can also be delivered to Kent Island homes and businesses from September 14th through October 5th only – call Nancy Koval at 410-643-4971 for more information or to place an order. In addition to the store sales and home delivery, individual Scouts will be earning money for their personal Scouting needs by taking orders door-to-door during the months of September and October for product delivery in November, just in time for Holiday giving.

Watch for us, and please support Scouting in your Community.
