The skipper is incapacitated and the vessel operation is now in your hands – what will you do? Join Rick Kollinger, professional cartoonist, long-time popular columnist, and 18 time winner of the Maryland, Delaware and D.C. Press Association’s Award for Editorial Cartooning, to learn his secrets of finding inspiration for funny ideas and creating comic strips along with greeting cards and editorial cartoons.
