At the 2008 – 2009 Scholarship Recognition Luncheon held on Tuesday, December 2nd at Chesapeake College, the Maryland Sheriff’s Institute Scholarship was awarded to Christina Armstrong of Centreville, MD. Ms. Armstrong is a Criminal Justice major attending the continuing education program at Chesapeake.

The award to Ms. Armstrong was presented by Sheriff R.G. Hofmann on behalf of the Maryland Sheriff’s Association.
