Linda Kehayias and Tanya Gross are newly appointment managers in the human resources department at Shore Health System.
Kehayias has joined Shore Health System as manager of benefits and compensation. In this role, she is responsible for managing the wide variety of benefits and compensation programs available to Shore Health System employees. She also oversees the employee performance assessment program.
A resident of Eden, Maryland, Kehayias has 25 years of human resources experience with employers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including L-3 Communications, a leading defense contractor; Computer Sciences Corporation, a provider of business and technology solutions for commercial and government customers; and AT&T.
Kehayias earned a bachelor of science in business and economics with a concentration in human resources from the University of Maryland. She is also a certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Gross, a member of the Shore Health System HR team since 2001, was recently promoted to the position of human resources information systems and payroll manager. In this role, she will oversee planning, development and maintenance of the Shore Health System HR information systems.
Gross began her Human Resources career in 1999 as a benefits coordinator for Interactive Marketing Services in Ridgley. She joined Shore Health System in 2001 as a human resources specialist and was promoted to human resources consultant the following year.
Gross completed a bachelor of arts in health system management at the University of Baltimore. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Maryland Association of Healthcare Recruiters.
